王振辉老师，毕业于中国矿业大学物理系。硕士研究生毕业后，在上海交通大学金属基复合材料研究所担任研究员多年，对实验室的建设和实验的设计分析积累了丰富的经验，期间发表了多篇SCI高水平论文。随后一直致力于 A-level 教学，并以CIE A-level物理为基础，结合Edexcel和IB等国际物理课程的特点，总结出一套非常适合学生提高物理逻辑思维能力与学术素养的独特方法，帮助了许多学子在历年的A-level考试中取得了优异的成绩。同时，不论是生活上还是学术上都能细致地关注到每一个学生的需求；同时他也十分注重与各科老师与家长们的积极沟通，相互配合，形成教育合力，帮助孩子们学会主动学习，学会规划自己的未来，成为自己人生的主角，实现全面发展。深得学校师生的喜爱。

Zhenhui Wang graduated from China University of Mining and Technology. After that, he Worked as researcher for many years in the state key Lab of Metal matrix composites in Shanghai Jiao Tong University. During that time, he became rich in the experience about the building of physics lab and design and analysis of experiments and have published SCI papers. After that，do the working about the A-level education and be successful in this area. A series of methods is built up based on the educational experience and the features of physics in CIE system combined Edexcel and IB that can strengthen the logical thinking and academic literacy and have helped many students got high marks in the relative exam. Communication with students either in academic area or in regular life is focused for satisfaction of need of students and parents.
